The carmaker claims the RS 7 can attain 0-100kmph run in a jaw-dropping 3.9 seconds, all the way to a limited top speed of 250kmph. It may sound like that the car is a fuel-guzzler. But the RS7's quest for efficiency starts with three things: lower weight (33 pounds less than an S7), less displacement and Audi's cylinder-on-demand technology. The model claims to be 15 per cent more fuel efficient than the previous model sold in the US. The technology not only ensures lower fuel consumption but also improves engine life.
