President is beyond the pale of political divide: RS Prasad
Union Minister of Law and Justice, Ravi Shankar Prasad on January 29 condemned Opposition's act of boycotting President's address. "President is beyond the pale of political divide. He's Constitutional Head. Unfortunate that Opposition, especially Congress who governed this country for 50 years, boycotted it. What tradition are they establishing?," said RS Prasad.
