Earlier in the day after inauguration of Delhi Metro's extended Blue Line section to Electronic City in Noida, a dedicated pathway for commuters to access the Aqua Line too was opened, officials said.
The fully-elevated Noida City Centre-Noida Electronic City section consists of six stations -- Sector 34, Sector 52, Sector 61, Sector 59, Sector 62 and Noida Electronic City.
The Aqua Line service is available from 6 am to 10 pm on weekdays and 8 am to 10 pm on weekends.
Launched in January, the Noida-Greater Noida Metro, also known as theAquaLine, is spread over 29.7 km and connects the twin cities in western Uttar Pradesh's Gautam Buddh Nagar.
The Metro trains will run at an interval of 15 minutes. In the first phase, 11 trains will run through 21 stations between Noida Sector 51 and Depot Metro station.
