In a shocking incident, Tonk, Rajsamand and Pali district collectorates in Rajasthan received bomb threats on Tuesday. All three collectorates received threats by mail. The district administration is on high alert after the bomb threat incident.
The incident was reported just before the start of BJP's Tiranga Yatra in Tonk district of Rajasthan. The entire premises of the district collectorate was evacuated in a hurry and no one was allowed to enter.
As soon as the information was received, heavy security forces were deployed there and the entire premises are being searched by the bomb squad. This email has been sent to the collector's official mail ID, in which it has been said that the blast will take place at 3:30 pm.
A similar email was also sent to the official mail ID of the District Collector of Rajsamand, Pali and Bhilwara. Due to this, the collectorate premises were evacuated in these districts and a search operation is being conducted.
Senior officials of the district are present on the spot and are keeping an eye on the entire search operation. On the other hand, efforts have also started to trace the sender of the email.
A team of cyber experts is engaged in tracking down the sender of the email. However, in many such previous cases, the use of VPN has been revealed during investigation, due to which the police is not able to reach the accused.
