New Delhi, Oct 18: The Supreme Court today slapped a Rs.5 lakh fine on an ex-SP MLA while dismissing as without substance his petition against Rahul Gandhi in which he had alleged that the Congress
Samrite had said that the CBI did not follow the proper procedure in probing the case and had registered the regular case without making a preliminary inquiry.
