New Delhi: Ahead of the Delhi Assembly polls, scheduled on December 4, Sonia Gandhi addressed a massive rally at Shastri Park in the capital today. The party plans to highlight Sheila Dikshit's development model in Delhi.

She then highlighted Delhi's development under Sheila Dikshit's tenure.

Sonia Gandhi supported Sheila Dikshit by saying that she was a Delhi citizen and has witnessed the development of the capital under Congress rule.

"I want to ask you, since Sheilaji was elected, hasn't the face of Delhi changed? "asked Sonia as the crowd cheered.

The response to Sonia's speech definitely seemed better compared to Rahul's rally in Dakshinpuri on 16 November when women started leaving and Rahul had to cut short his speech.
