Discussions on arrangements for drinking water and power supply, medicare, sanitation, security, transport, accommodation, checking of rates of essentials and parking of vehicles, were held in the meeting.

The ADC directed the officers concerned to make coordinated efforts in ensuring their arrangements well in advance to make the mela a grand success.  A committee comprising of Assistant Director, CA&PD, Naib Tehsildar Sudhmahadev and Food Inspector was constituted to keep a strict vigil on rates and quality of eatables and adequate parking places would also be identified at different locations for the smooth flow of traffic.  To acquaint the people about state and centrally sponsored schemes, various departments would set up their exhibition stalls during mela days.
