Home Ministry orders transfer of 49 senior officers, including 31 IAS and 18 IPS officials

The Home Ministry, which is responsible for appointing administrative officers in Union Territories, issued the transfer orders as part of its routine administrative process.

In a major administrative reshuffle, the Ministry of Home Affairs has transferred a total of 49 officers, including 31 IAS (Indian Administrative Service) officers and 18 IPS (Indian Police Service) officers. The transfers affect various regions across India, including Delhi, Puducherry, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Ladakh, Goa, Arunachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Mizoram, Chandigarh, Lakshadweep, Daman and Diu, and Dadra Nagar Haveli. The Home Ministry, which is responsible for appointing administrative officers in Union Territories, issued the transfer orders as part of its routine administrative process.
