Haridwar, May 8: The paramadhyaksha of Shri Yantra Mandir and Acharya Mahamandaleshwar of Mahanirvani Akhada Swami Vishwa Devanandji Maharaj died in a road accident here on Tuesday.
He was going to attend the Shrimad Bhagavat Katha in Kankhal, Haridwar, after arriving at Jolly Grant airport from Varanasi, when the tyre of a truck suddenly burst and the truck fell on his vehicle. The saint died on the spot.
Three other associates have been admitted Jolly Grant Hospital with serious injuries.
His mortal remains has been kept at Shri Yantra Mandir in Kankhal, Haridwar.
