Tip no 2Right things at right time Weeks after she gave birth to Aaradhya, Aishwarya was being cursed about her negligence to her weight and her body. She was even criticised for being a bad role model for beauty. Aishwarya calmly took every criticism and just released a statement, "I'm a mother and my daughter needs me more". She said that her daughter and these moments with her won't be back but she would have ample of time to shed the weight.Tip no 3Try along something new During her motherly moments and being a wife and daughter-in-law, Aishwarya took out some time for herself and engaged into activates that could re-energies.
