Popular Bollywood filmmaker Vipul Amrutlal Shah, who has helmed upcoming film Namaste England, was suffering from dengue. However, a recent update from his actress wife Shefali Shah, we got to know that the film director is recovering well from his illness and will be discharged from the hospital in Mumbai by Tuesday.
"He was diagnosed with dengue and typhoid. He will be discharged by tomorrow. All is well now," Shefali told IANS.
While Shefali didn't give any further details. The "Namastey London" fame filmmaker has reportedly been hospitalised for around a week. Vipul recently finished the shooting of his upcoming film "Namaste England" and unveiled its poster. The film features Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra and slated to release on October 19.
Namaste England is the sequel to the hit 2007 film Namastey London, that starred Akshay Kumar, Katrina Kaif and Rishi Kapoor in important toles. Though the film is a sequel, the story is not connected to its previous part at all. The shooting for the film was started in February this year on different locations including Amritsar, Patiala, Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Paris, Brussels, London etc.
Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra are coming together for the second time after their debut film Ishaqzaade. Apart from Namaste England, Parineeti Chopra will share the screen space with Arjun in Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar.
