The teaser of the much anticipated movie ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhania’ is little different from what people expected. It featured actor Varun Dhawan as Badrinath Bansal, but actress Alia Bhatt was absent from it.
After the adorable pictures of two actors from the flick’s sets went viral, movie buffs predicted that the teaser will portray the chemistry between the two characters, but nothing like that happened. In the video, Varun was seen giving poses to the photographer probably for his matrimonial profile. The actor looked like a common man, and the teaser indicated that he has something good in store for his fans.
But, why was Alia not present in it. This can be considered as the one of the tactics by the makers to create anticipation in audience. ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhania’ is the sequel to 2014 film ‘Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania’. This is the third time both the actors will be seen sharing the screen space together.
Alia and Varun recently shot for a special episode on ‘Koffee With Karan’to promote the film. The camaraderie that they share is not hidden from anyone. Thus a lot is expected from the film.
Directed by Shashank Khaitan, the trailer of the flick will be launched on February 2. The film will hit the screens on March 10.
