COLTS NECK, N.J. (AP) — The Latest on a family found dead as their mansion burned (all times local):

6 p.m.

New evidence is postponing the detention hearing of a New Jersey man charged with setting fire to his home the same day his brother's family died amid a fire at their own house.

A lawyer for Paul Caneiro says he needs time to review the new evidence before Friday's hearing. Lawyer Robert Honecker Jr. won't say what the evidence involves.

No one has been charged in the deaths Nov. 20 at Keith Caneiro's mansion in nearby Colts Neck, a wealthy enclave near the coast. Officials say he had been shot and was found outside the burning mansion, while his wife and two young children were found inside.

The brothers ran a computer security firm and a pest management company.

Meanwhile, the county prosecutor's office said it planned a news conference Thursday on the mansion fire.
