Bollywood's renowned filmmaker Neeraj Pandey is known for films like Special 26, A Wednesday, etc. Now he is bringing a new web series titled 'Special OPS' which is based on the incident that happened in the Parliament House on 13th December 2001. Talking about the same, he told IndiaTV, "The idea was to tell a big story on the digital platform."
