Karnataka HC sets aside media gag order on BJP leader Tejasvi Surya
April 12, 2019 23:54 ISTThe Court reportedly stated that the media is not restrained from publishing content except that which is defamatory in nature. For stories that contain defamatory content, the Court granted Surya permission to approach the Election Commission of India.
