COVID-19: Sebi extends settlement scheme for illiquid stock option cases till Dec 31

As per the notice issued by Sebi in July, entities who do not avail the one-time settlement opportunity will be liable for action after the expiry of the scheme.

In a notice, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) stated that phase I and phase II online examinations will be held on January 17 and February 27, 2021 respectively.
