The general polls are scheduled to take place in the months of April-May.
At present, Vadra is being questioned in a money laundering, with his name surfacing in other cases involving land deals as well.
Robert Vadra, brother-in-law of Congress President Rahul Gandhi, on Friday appeared before the Enforcement Directorate (ED) for the fifth time in connection with a money-laundering case related to purchase of alleged illegal assets abroad, officials said.
He was also questioned on February 12 and 13 by the ED in Jaipur in connection with a Bikaner land deal case.
Special judge Arvind Kumar granted the relief to Vadra, the brother-in-law of Congress president Rahul Gandhi.
The court had on February 2 granted him interim bail till February 16 and asked him to appear before the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and cooperate in the investigation.
Vadra’s accusations came a day after the Enforcement Directorate (ED) said it has attached assets worth Rs 4.62 crore of a firm linked to him in connection with the Bikaner land scam money laundering case.
On Tuesday, Gandhi had accompanied Vadra to the ED's Jaipur office where he was grilled by the probe agency in a separate case related to an alleged land scam in Rajasthan's Bikaner district.

The ED had registered a case in connection with the deal in 2015, taking cognisance of a clutch of FIRs and chargesheets filed by the Rajasthan police after the Bikaner tehsildar complained about alleged forgery in land allotment.
AICC general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra dropped Vadra and his mother off at the ED office, taking time off from her four-day Uttar Pradesh trip in a show of solidarity with her husband.

Brother-in-law of Congress president Rahul Gandhi, Vadra has been summoned for interrogation in connection with an alleged land scam in Bikaner of Rajasthan.
According to airport authorities, Priyanka left the airport under tight security for the hotel where her husband had reached earlier in the day.
Robert Vadra on Monday urged people for safety of Priyanka Gandhi, his wife and Congress General Secretary, saying the political atmosphere is "vindictive and vicious".
Vadra's mother Maureen is also likely to appear before the central probe agency at about 10 AM at its zonal office on Bhawani Singh Road in Jaipur Tuesday.
The ED, which questioned Vadra for the first time for three days in connection with a money laundering case, plans to interrogate him again on February 12 in Jaipur in an another money-laundering case related to a land scam in Rajasthan's Bikaner, sources said.
