UPES students demand fee relaxation, say 'we want to pay only tuition fee'
Education | Aug 17, 2020, 02:41 PM ISTThe students of the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES), Dehradun are demanding fee relaxation in light of coronavirus pandemic. The Univerity issued a fee notice on August 9 asking the students to pay the fee latest by August 31. According to the circular, the varsity has introduced 'One-time COVID scholarship for AY 2020-21'.

Even as she made the announcement offering relaxations in the state, she claimed that the number of coronavirus cases is increasing in the state due to the massive influx of migrant workers. The opening of religious places is one of the major relaxations in Bengal.
