Shares of Adani Group stocks are in action today, i.e. on May 19, 2026, after the US Department of Justice permanently dropped all criminal charges against billionaire Gautam Adani and others. With this, multiple US regulatory and legal investigations involving the Adani Group have all closed in the last couple of days. Following this, the group's stock opened the trading session in the green. Adani Enterprises Ltd, Adani Power Ltd and Adani Green Energy Ltd climbed up to 5 per cent in trade. The action also comes as stock market benchmark indices rallied in early trade after US President Donald Trump said he has halted fresh strikes on Iran, and crude oil prices cooled.

The stock opened gap up with a gain of 2.22 per cent at Rs 2,749.95 against the previous close of 2,690.30 on the BSE. The scrip gained further to touch the high of Rs 2,774.50, representing a gain of Rs 84.2 or 3.12 per cent. Last seen, the scrip held firmly in green at Rs 2,741 with a gain of Rs 50.70 and 1.88 per cent and the market cap of the company stood at Rs 3,54,585.93 crore.
