Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal tests COVID positive
Union Human Resource Development Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank tested positive for COVID-19 on April 21. Pokhriyal, took to Twitter to announce that he has been tested positive for the virus.
