Kolkata: The bustling metropolis which has seen the political evolution from the Naxalites to the Marxists to the Trinamoolites, on Sunday witnessed only 300 people turn up wearing AAP caps for the first rally of

The Aam Aadmi Party may have been miniscule judging by the standards of Trinamool and CPI(M) in Bengal's turbulent politics, but the point to note was that a large number of youngsters came forward to join the rally.

This has caused alarm bills to ring in Trinamool circles. It was in Delhi, that the youngsters were the first to join the AAP which later cashed in on people's anger against the Congress over pricerise and corruption.

The AAP rally was named Chetna Yatra and it was a mere two km walk from College Square to Esplanade and the focal issue was corruption.
