Delhi: Minor domestic help raped by head constable in Mundka area, accused absconding

A case under POCSO and IPC sections has been registered against a Delhi police head constable after he allegedly raped a 14-year-old girl. The incident was reported from Mundka area when the police constable and his domestic help were alone at home. The accused is on the run while efforts to nab him are underway.
