NCP and CPI(M) have been provided with four EVMs each brought to Delhi from Punjab, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand where they were deployed in the recently-held assembly polls.
Election Commission will offer its EVMs to political parties to try and prove that they can be tampered with.
