The stage is set for the first semi-final of the ongoing Australian Open 2026. World number one Carlos Alcaraz will be taking on world number three Alexander Zverev in the high-octane clash as both stars look to make their way into the final.

Spain's very own Carlos Alcaraz is all set to take on Germany's Alexander Zverev in the first semi-final of the ongoing Australian Open 2026. The two stars have been in good form of late in the tournament, and they will hope to put in a good showing in the upcoming game as they look to book their berth in the summit clash of the tournament.

    What an unbelievable game of tennis. Bordering on five hours now, Zverev leads by 4-2, with Alcaraz trying to claw his way back into the clash. The world number one is not one to go down easily.

    Alexander Zverev has seemingly done it here. Leading the Spaniard 3-1 in the fifth set, the world number three has Alcaraz looking shaky and struggling. He will look to stay consistent here, and march into the final.
