The pride of our nation, Sangram Singh, leaves no stone unturned to give us major fitness and inspirational goals every time he comes on the screen. After hosting a motivational chat show called, Hausalon Ki Udaan launched on Doordarshan, the wrestler is all set to inspire youth with an International Motivational Workout Series on YouTube.
Sangram, who shared the promo of his upcoming series on Twitter, spilled out details about his work out routine and all that went into making him a champion in an exclusive chat with IndiaTV. Sangram U Singh shared that he underwent 8 hours of rigorous workout for 3 days for the shoot of his series.

Talking about his diet, the ace wrestler disclosed that he eats only Khichdi with 'desi ghee' for dinner and his breakfast includes only fresh fruits. Sangram also proudly claimed that being fit has always been the mantra of his life and he never went to see a doctor in the last 15 years. Even if he had to see a doctor, he would prefer Ayurveda over anything else. In the video as well, Sangram is seen giving us major fitness goals as he claims that he will achieve it if has set his eyes on it.
Sangram’s upcoming workout series will be streamed on YouTube and the full trailer will be out on July 30.
