Stock markets: The 30-share BSE Sensex declined 77.28 points to 62,544.96 in early trade even after a positive beginning. The NSE Nifty dipped 15.35 points to 18,519.05.
According to a report by research firm Grant Thornton, 518 real estate companies out of 2,298 registered in India are facing insolvency which sums up to 23%. At the same time, out of 611 filed bankruptcy cases, only 78 have been settled.
Revenue from operations grew by 10.04 per cent from Rs. 153.47 crore in Q4 FY22 to Rs. 168.89 crore in Q4 FY23 primarily driven by robust demand for various products in the domestic and international markets.

The company board has recommended an equity dividend of Rs 5 per share of face value of Rs 10 each i.e. @ 50% for the financial year ended March 31, 2023.

On a yearly basis, Manaksia said in a regulatory filing that the consolidated net profit in the financial year 2022-23 was recorded at Rs 107 crore.
