Virat Kohli to be rested ahead of 2019 World Cup?

After missing 2018 Asia Cup and the Nidahas Trophy, India captain Virat Kohli could be rested for a few more ODIs in the next few months ahead of the 2019 World Cup, to be hosted by England and Wales from 30 May to 14 July 2019.
