BCCI names Virat Kohli as India's skipper for Ireland T20Is despite County commitments

The Board of Control for Cricket of India (BCCI) has named Virat Kohli as Team India skipper for the Ireland T20Is, however, the 29-year old will be playing for Surrey in County cricket at the time.
