KKR vs LSG live cricket score: Mukul Choudhary's heroics help Lucknow beat Kolkata in IPL 2026

Lucknow Super Giants pulled off a stunning three-wicket win, courtesy of a Mukul Choudhary masterclass. This is one of the best knocks IPL has witnessed. 

LSG need 14 runs off the final over to get the job done. Some serious batting from Mukul Choudhary at Eden Gardens. 

All eyes on Mukul Choudhary. He is on song at the moment. 

Sunil Narine sends Mohammed Shami packing. He conceded just 13 runs in his four overs. A pure genius at work. LSG are 128/7 after 16 overs. 

A terrific knock from Ayush Badoni came to an end. He departed for 54 runs off 34 balls. Anukul Roy picked up the prized wicket as LSG are reduced to 125/6 at Eden Gardens. LSG now need 57 runs to win in 32 balls. Game on? Or KKR hold the edge?

Anukul Roy picked up the crucial wicket of Abdul Samad. who departed for two runs off four balls. The quicker one did the trick. LSG are 104/5

LSG are 96/4 after 12 overs. Nicholas Pooran was the last one to depart. KKR can feel it now but there's a mountain to climb still. Badoni and Samad are in the middle at the moment. 

Vaibhav Arora was brought back to attack and delivered immediately. Aiden Markram departed for 22 runs off 15 balls. There was no need to hand the ball to Navdeep Saini in the third over and that is why LSG are ahead in the race at the moment, despite the wicket. 

Anukul Roy bowled another good over before Mitchell Marsh clubbed the final delivery for a six. 10 runs off the over as LSG are 41/0 after four overs.

KKR handed Navdeep Saini the ball in the third over. With Umran Malik waiting in the wings, it made little sense for KKR to play him and on top of that, give him the third over. The move didn't quite work. 18 runs off the over as LSG are 31/0 after three overs. 

LSG are 13/0 after two overs. Anukul Roy, who bowled the second over, conceded only seven runs. The wicket might have something for the spinners. 

Mitchell Marsh and Aiden Markram open the batting for Lucknow Super Giants. Vaibhav Arora has been handed the new ball in the middle, who replaced Finn Allen as the Impact Player. 

Outstanding work from Prince Yadav. KKR post 181 runs on the board. They were looking to post at least 220 runs but the batters struggled big time in the middle, resulting in a modest total. LSG will be too happy with the bowling performance. 

A good outing for Mohammed Shami, who conceded just 27 runs in his four overs. KKR are 169/4 after 19 overs.

KKR are 157/4. Green needs to hit now. Big time. The hosts need to post at least 185 from here on. 

Some much-needed acceleration. 17 runs off the over and Rovman Powell is finally delivering. Green, on the other hand, is struggling big time. KKR are 144/4 after 17 overs.

KKR are 112/4 after 14 overs. They have completely ruined their good start. Both Green and Powell are struggling at the moment. 

Rinku Singh's poor form continues. He departs after scoring four runs off seven balls. Avesh Khan picked up the prized wicket. Should Rinku be given a break? Something to think about. 

M Siddharth picked up his first wicket of the night. Angkrish Raghuvanshi departed for 45 runs off 33 balls. He is extremely disappointed with the dismissal. KKR are 105/3 now. 

KKR captain Ainkya Rahane departed for 41 runs off 24 balls. Massive breakthrough for Lucknow Super Giants. Mohammed Shami completed a fantastic catch as Digvesh Rathi picked up the wicket. KKR 99/2 after 10.2 overs.

End of the 10th over, KKR are 98/1. Both Rahane and Raghuvanshi are in their 40s now and will be hoping to capitalise on the start. 220 must be on the radar.

15 runs off the over. Two sixes off Avesh Khan's over helped the Knights keep the scoreboard ticking. They are now 89/1 after nine overs.

KKR are 74/1 after eight overs. Nine runs were scored in Digvesh Yadav's over. Both Ajinkya Rahane and Angkrish Raghuvanshi need to show much more firepower, espeically given that they have a long batting unit. 

16 runs off the final over of the powerplay. KKR are 56/1 after six overs. Phenomenal batting from youngster Angkrish Raghuvanshi in the middle. It's all about carrying with the momentum from here on. 

Captain Ajinkya Rahane showed some much-needed intent. He was lucky as well on two occasions, both resulting in a boundary. KKR are 40/1 after five overs. They would want a better end to the powerplay.

At the end of three overs, KKR are 21/1. Rahane and Raghuvanshi will have to score at a quick pace now.

Prince Yadav has struck and Finn Allen has been dismissed. The new ball is swinging and he never looked at home at any moment. KKR are 15/1 in the second over.

Mohammed Shami is opening the innings with the ball for LSG. The new ball is swinging and Shami will enjoy bowling upfront. Can he strike early?

Well, this has been a very high-scoring venue. One of the reasons, obviously, the quick outfield. The other is the dimension. Not that big. 65 on my left, 64 on my right, straight down it's 74. Now, I've got Faf du Plessis here, Faf. Tell us about this pitch. It's the same pitch used the other night where it swung around, but it does look like it's a little bit on the drier side. Yeah, I've always felt when you come here at Eden Gardens, it's assessing the pitch very early on. You'll straight away see if there's swing in the air, does the ball move around off the surface. You're right, it looks slow, and especially if you go to the other side, you'll see there's a very, a lot of dry patches. So expect the spinners to come from this end. But this venue has been a batting first kind of a venue. Out of last six games, four teams batting first have won. KKR did that. But do you reckon with the weather around, you might want to chase? 100%. As captain and as teams, you look up and you go, what is the weather saying? And we always feel that when there's a bit of rain around, you want to chase because Duckworth-Lewis is a massive advantage chasing. Well, I completely agree with Faf here. Even though this looks like on a drier side, quick outfield, good pitch in terms of ball coming onto the bat, this should be a high-scoring venue, a high-scoring game rather. Well, this is a huge suspense!! Narine was sick in the previous game, but he trained on both days ahead of this clash and looks set to return.
