IND vs WI 2nd Test Live Score: Jadeja strikes again, West Indies starting to crumble; four down now
India are aiming to cross the 500-run mark in the second session of the second Test with Shubman Gill on the cusp of notching up his 10th Test century. Earlier, Yashasvi Jaiswal got out for 175 runs but missed out on a well-deserved century.

IND vs WI 2nd Test Live Cricket Score and Updates: India had a near-perfect first day in Delhi as the batters made merry on a good surface at the Arun Jaitley Stadium. Yashasvi Jaiswal would have hoped to register his third double century, but a runout cut short his stay early on the second day. Skipper Shubman Gill got to his second fifty of the series while India gave a promotion to Nitish Kumar Reddy in the batting order as the hosts looked to pilke on the Windies' misery. Jomel Warrican, the vice-captain, picked a couple of wickets after getting some outrageous turn from the wicket but the surface was largely flat and Jaiswal and Sai Sudharsan utilised it to the fullest. Sudharsan missed out on his maiden century but did get some useful time in the middle. Can the West Indies make a comeback, or will India bat just once? Follow all the updates -

Yashasvi Jaiswal puts behind the disappointment of Ahmedabad
Yashasvi Jaiswal looked a bit rusty in the first Test in Ahmedabad, playing a game after a month, but on the first morning of the Delhi Test, he looked switched on. He wasn't overly aggressive in the first session, but really switched his gears in the second session as he raced to his seventh Test century. Soon, he was close to his double ton in the final session and tried to get it done on the first day itself by playing a few shots in the wee hours but pulled back the thought it looked improbable.
