ICC Players rankings: India's star batter Suryakumar Yadav has maintained his top spot in the latest released ICC rankings for T20I batters. The middle-order batter had a brilliant T20 World Cup 2022 with the bat as he smashed three fifties in five outings. Meanwhile, Virat Kohli has not gained any spots after a decent T20 World Cup with the bat. However, as the English side registered a thumping T20 World Cup victory in Australia, several English stars have also made notable gains in the rankings.

On the back of some mouthwatering contributions on the top of the order, Alex Hales has jumped 22 places. He now ranks 12th in the list of T20I batters with 655 rating points. Spin bowler Adil Rashid has also notched up five spots after performing well in the tournament. He is now the No.3 T20I bowler in the World with 692 rating points. Fast bowler Sam Curran has also scaled two spots in the bowling chart to now rank No.5 in the World. He has 688 ratings.

Also, Babar Azam has broken back into the top three after scaling a position to reach third. Babar now has 778 points and has sent Devon Conway on fourth with 771 ratings. Notably, Suryakumar Yadav, who maintains his top spot has lost 10 rating points. Yadav had 869 ratings and now has 859. Completing the top five in the batting chart are Mohammad Rizwan (836 points, 2nd place) and Aiden Markram (748 points, 5th place).

Notably, India's former skipper Virat Kohli has failed to make it to the top 10. He earlier broke into the top 10 after playing a brilliant knock against Pakistan in the Super 12 stage. He was on the 9th spot earlier, while he lost his place ahead of the semifinal against England. Kohli is currently on the 11th spot with 663 rating points.

In the bowling chart, Wanindu Hasaranga still leads the tally with 704 points, while Rashid Khan (698 points), Adil Rashid (692), Josh Hazlewood (690) and Sam Curran (688) stand on second, third, fourth and fifth, respectively.

In the all-rounders' list, Shakib Al Hasan (252 rating points) is still the No.1 T20I player, while he is followed by Mohammad Nabi (233), Hardik Pandya (203), Sikandar Raza (184) and J J Smit (174)
