New Delhi,Oct 15: Steel Minister Beni Prasad Verma again put his foot in his mounth by saying that the amount of Rs 71 lakh was too small an amount for a minister like Salman Khurshid.
New Delhi,Oct 15: Steel Minister Beni Prasad Verma again put his foot in his mounth by saying that the amount of Rs 71 lakh was too small an amount for a minister like Salman Khurshid.
Speaking to mediapersons in jest, Verma said: "Had it been Rs 71 crore, I would have been serious."
"I personally feel an amount of only Rs 71 lakhs is too small for a minister like Salman Khurshid."
Asked whether Khurshid should resign, Verma said, he must not resign.
"Also I want to tell Kejriwal not to bark every day. He should reserve his roar for some other day. Barking day and night will demean his proposed political party", said Verma.
