New Delhi: Finally, Amit Shah has been elected as the new President of the ruling Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP).Today his election as BJP president has been ratified by BJP national council at its day long

In politics, very rarely one politician trusts another beyond a point. In case of BJP's Prime Minister Narendra Modi, it is said that there is one man who he trusts more than himself. And his name is –Amit Shah.

Amit Shah was home minister in Modi cabinet from 2003 to 2010. He had to resign in 2010 after he was arrested in Sohrabuddin fake encounter case.

Presently, he is out of jail on bail.

In November 2005, a small time history sheeter, Sohrabuddin, and his wife Kauser Bi were allegedly abducted by the Gujarat's Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS) from Hyderabad and killed in a fake encounter near Gandhinagar in November 2005.
