There is no doubt that the Brazilian was one of the best players in the world in the 2024/25 season, 39 goals, 25 assists, winning the La Liga, Copa del Rey & Supercopa de Espana, Raphinha missed out on the Champions League, which could be a big reason why he would not finish at the top spot.
