UK woman set free after she stamps a Pakistani on his head repeatedly

Manchester, Nov 1 : Manchester Crown court on Friday set free a 26-year-old mother Amanda Lowe, who was arrested for assaulting a Pakistani Khurram Nisar after calling him a 'f****** Paki' and a 'terrorist'. A CCTV footage showed the woman doing this in front of her two children in a drunken state. On May 21 this year at 8:15 pm, Amanda Lowe and the four-month-old baby's father Wesley Earls were taking the baby in a pram alongwith their eight-year-old daughter in Piccadily Gardens.Suddenly Amanda and Wesley shouted abuse at Khurram Nissar who was returning home after work through Piccadilly Gardens in the city centre. Amanda was drunk at that time. When Khurram asked Wesley to ‘control his woman', the couple alongwith Amanda's 21-year-old cousin Daniel Wray suddenly attacked the South Asian.In the presence of horrified bystanders and families who were enjoying a summer evening, Amanda shouted filthy abuses at Nisar and repeatedly stamped on his head, Daily Mail reported. Wesley punched Nisar to the ground while Wray punched him in the head. Their victim was left with cuts and bruises to his head and body.The footage of the attack shows Amanda, pregnant with her third child, returning to her children looking 'thrilled' with herself.She appears to demonstrate how she assaulted Nisar by recreating her kick as she pushes her baby girl in her pram.The group was arrested in nearby Oldham Street 20 minutes after the attack.Judge Lindsey Kushner told Amanda that she had been spared jail because of the impact on her children.She said: 'Your record is terrible for violence given that you are 26 years of age.'The damage you are doing to your children - there at the time and seeing you drunk, the risk you put them at - is disgraceful.'Somebody who behaves like that when they are drunk I would think you have to keep a very careful eye on as a mother. 'Kids who have mothers who behave like you end up behaving like you.'That damage starts from when they are tiny.”Amanda admitted a charge of racially aggravated assault resulting in physical harm. She was given a 12-month sentence, suspended for two years, and ordered to attend a programme for women offenders. The conviction is her fourth in six years. The three defendants have 21 previous convictions between them.Earls and Wray were also given a 12-month sentence each, suspended for two years, and a community order.However, the court heard that Wray had not complied with previous community orders.Judge Kushner told all three this was their last chance and if they offended again they would go to jail.Passing sentence, the judge said: 'It is fantastic to have this CCTV footage.'It is good to see the events as they happened because they are horrifying when you see them.'
