Fire breaks out at building in Malabar Hill
A fire broke out in a building near Hanging Gardens at Malabar Hill Wednesday night. 12 fire tenders were rushed to the spot and the situation was brought under control. 18 people were rescued by the firemen.

A fire broke out in a building near Hanging Gardens at Malabar Hill Wednesday night. 12 fire tenders were rushed to the spot and the situation was brought under control. 18 people were rescued by the firemen.
The fire was confined on the fifth floor of the 14 storey residential building.
Chief Fire Officer, Mumbai Fire Brigade said: "About 17-18 inmates who were trapped in the building due to intense heat&smoke were safely rescued without injuries."
