Suicide car bombing rocks Baghdad, leaves 11 dead
At least 11 people were today killed and 25 others injured in a suicide car bombing in Iraq's capital Baghdad, police said. The attack occurred at a checkpoint near the Jamila wholesale vegetable market in Sadr city neighbourhood, an Interior Ministry source told Xinhua news agency.

I-T department seeks details of pre-demonetisation cash deposits
Spreading its net, the Income Tax Department has asked banks to report large cash deposits in savings accounts between April 1 and November 9, 2016. Besides, banks have also been directed to ask the account holders, who did not furnished PAN (Permanent Account Number) or Form 60 (for those without PAN) at the time of opening bank account, to do so by February 28 this year.
