New Delhi: “So long as you have food in your mouth, you have solved all questions for the time being” says an old proverb.

The newly sworn in Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and 28 other ministers did forget the tough task of delivery of the promise they have made to the people of Bihar for some time while having some mouth watering dishes at the high tea party held at the CM's official residence after the swearing in ceremony.  

While the oath taking ceremony grabbed a lot of eyes, what stole the attention was the lavish menu of the tea party.

The menu comprised of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. The dishes were as exotic as French and German. The Traditional dish of Bihar, however, Litti Choka was given a miss.

The high profile guests were served with the very best of tandoori delicacies along with several sweet dishes.

Here's a look at the entire menu of Bihar CM Nitish Kumar's tea-party.

Murgh Reshmi Kebab

Boneless chicken meat is marinated with cashewnut paste, cream and spices before cooking it on charcoal or Tandoor.

Fish Nuggets with Tartar Sauce

Perfectly cooked fish nuggets served with yummy tartar sauce made of mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, minced onion and lemon juice.

Mutton Goli Kebab

It is made of minced mutton moulded onto the skewers and cooked over tandoor or on hot tawa.
