Ayushmann Khurrana and Sanya Malhotra are all set to sizzle the silver screen with their upcoming film 'Badhaai Ho', which is now slated to release on October 19. The flick will be helmed by 'Tevar' director, Amit Sharma. 

Taking to Twitter, film critic Taran Adarsh confirmed the news as, writing, "Junglee Pictures is holding the date [Dussehra - 19 Oct 2018]... Will now release #BadhaaiHo on Dussehra [19 Oct 2018]... Stars Ayushmann Khurrana and Sanya Malhotra... Directed by Amit Sharma... Produced by #JungleePictures and Chrome Pictures."

Talking about the film, the director earlier said, "It's very real and easy to relate to. What is funny for others is a matter of serious concern for the family."

Ayushmann is teaming up with Junglee Pictures for the second time after their first successful collaboration with 'Bareilly Ki Barfi'. While for the female lead Sanya, this will be her second film in Bollywood after 'Dangal.

Badhaai Ho is the second film of Dangal girl Sanya. She has another film in the pipeline, co-starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui. Sanya shot to fame after playing the role of wrestler Babita Phogat in Aamir Khan starrer blockbuster Dangal. When asked whether after being a celebrity, she considered changing her wardrobe, answering this Sanya told IANS: ''Actually not. I am still the same. I can go outside and be comfortable. I don't say that I don't care, but its fine if I am going out in shorts. I am not that fashion conscious.''

Ayushmann whose last two films did good business at the box office is currently doing some fantastic work. The actor has collaborated with Junglee Pictures after the 2017 film Bareilly Ki Barfi.
