Delhi CM Rekha Gupta meets PM Modi, discusses roadmap for Delhi's development
This was the first formal meeting between Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta met Prime Minister Narendra Modi after she took charge of the top post, marking BJP's return to the national capital after a 27 year gap.

Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta met Prime Minister Narendra Modi at his residence on Saturday, first time after taking on the top chair. Gupta and PM Modi held talks on Delhi's development in the coming time. The new CM on her second day of office, also called an important meeting regarding the Mahila Samman Yojana.
Earlier in the day, the Delhi CM held a meeting with the officials of PWD department to improve the infrastructure of Delhi. "Discussed in detail all the issues related to dug up roads, damaged roads and traffic in Delhi and gave necessary guidelines to the concerned officials," she said in a post on X.
Gupta, a first time MLA, was sworn in along with six ministers on Thursday at a grand ceremony in Ramlila Maidan, marking the BJP's return to power in the national capital after a gap of over 27 years.
