Shares of diversified group ITC tumbled on Friday, May 22, 2026, after the company announced its financial results for the fourth quarter of FY2025-26 and final dividend of Rs 8 for its shareholders. The stock opened at Rs 307.25, down Rs 0.75, or 0.24 per cent, from the previous close of Rs 308. The scrip dipped further to touch a low of Rs 303.30, representing a decline of Rs 4.70 or 1.52 per cent. Last seen, the stock was trading at Rs 304.45 with a fall of 1.15 per cent, and the market cap of the company was Rs 3,81,271.72 crore. On the National Stock Exchange (NSE), the stock opened at Rs 305.90 and touched intraday highs and lows of Rs 307 and Rs 303.30, respectively.

ITC Dividend 2026

The company has informed exchanges that its board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 8 per equity share with a face value of Re 1 each for the financial year 2025-26. However, this is subject to approval at the 115th Annual General Meeting of the company, which has been convened for July 23, 2026. 

Earlier, the company had declared an interim dividend of Rs 6.50 per equity share. With the announcement of the final dividend, the total dividend announced by the company for the financial year would be Rs 14.50. 

ITC Dividend 2026 Record Date

According to the information provided, May 27, 2026, has been fixed as the record date for the purpose of determining the eligibility of shareholders for the final dividend.

ITC Quarterly Results

The company reported a consolidated profit of Rs 5,469.74 crore for the quarter ended on March 31, 2026.

The company had posted a consolidated profit of Rs 19,807.88 crore in the January-March quarter a year ago, according to a regulatory filing from the Kolkata-headquartered company.

ITC's consolidated revenue from the sale of products stood at Rs 23,625.69 crore in the March quarter. Its revenue from operations was at Rs 20,176.41 crore.
