Sikkim's annual plan finalized at Rs 2060 cr

New Delhi Apr 3:  Sikkim's  annual plan for the year 2013-14 has been  fixed at Rs  2060 crore today. The Annual Plan was finalised at a meeting here on Wednesday between Planning Commission Deputy Chairman
