Lahore High Court Admits Saeed's Plea
World | September 28, 2009 8:21 ISTThe Lahore high court on Monday admitted a petition filed by banned Jamaat-ud-Dawah chief Hafiz Mohammad Saeed challenging two cases registered against him by police under the Anti-Terrorism Act for inciting people to wage 'jehad'.
