  A 48-year-old cold case in California has been solved after a thumbprint on a cigarette pack matched a suspect through the FBI’s updated database. Willie Eugene Sims, 69, was arrested in Ohio for the 1977 murder of Jeanette Ralston, whose body was found strangled in her car.
