India | Aug 02, 2019, 10:38 PM ISTDelhi Legislative Assembly Speaker Ram Niwas Goel on Friday disqualified rebel Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Kapil Mishra under the 10th Schedule of the Constitution, referred to as the 'Anti-Defection Law'. Kapil Mishra was disqualified from the state assembly on the grounds of defection for his association with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
