Khemka questions Haryana govt's claim on HSDC

Chandigarh : Controverial senior IAS officer Ashok Khemka yesterday contested Haryana government's claim that his tenure as chief of the Haryana Seed Development Corporation had seen a drop in profits, saying he had “consciously stopped
