Coal scam: FIR lodged against Birla, ex coal secy

New Delhi : CBI today lodged a case against industrialist Kumar Mangalam Birla and former Coal Secretary P C Parekh on charges of criminal conspiracy and corruption in connection with alleged irregularities in allocation of
