Nigeria signs prisoner exchange agreement with Britain

Lagos: Nigeria has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Britain on prisoner exchange arrangements and immigration issues, an official said."The MoU would go a long way in fast-tracking the prison reform programmes and the
