Rajapaksa says no violation of 1987 Indo-Lanka Accord

Colombo, Jun 21: Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapaksa today dismissed reports that his government had flouted agreements reached in the 1987 Indo-Lanka Accord which created devolved administrative units, saying there had been no violation.“We have
