Delhi polls: Instigating speeches being monitored, says CP Amulya Patnaik
Ahead of Delhi Assembly elections, Police Commissioner Amulya Patnaik said that they are monitoring instigating speeches during the election rallies; they had also deployed more than 40,000 staff and 19,000 home guards for security arrangements.
